WHEREFORE, premises considered, the accused is hereby found guilty beyond reasonable doubt with the crime of murder and is hereby sentenced to the penalty of reclusion perpetua . The accused is hereby further ordered to pay the heirs of Hilario Reyes y Inovero the amount of P50,000.00 as death indemnity and P40,000.00 and P20,000.
