WHEREFORE, and in consideration of all the foregoing, the court finds the accused, Egay Ebrada, guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Murder and there being no mitigating or aggravating circumstances, the Court hereby sentences him to suffer imprisonment of Reclusion Perpetua and to pay the heirs of the victim the following amounts: a) the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand pesos (P360, 000.00) as indemnity or compensatory damages; b) the sum of Fifty Thousand pesos (P50,000.
