WHEREFORE, this Office, through the undersigned: x x x x (b) GRANTS complainant-movant June Vincent Manuel S. Gaudan's Urgent Motion for Reconsideration filed on 21 April 2016 and IMPOSES upon respondent-movant Roel R. Degamo, for having committed the administrative offense of Grave Misconduct, the principal penalty of Dismissal from the Service along with corresponding accessory penalties of cancellation of civil service eligibility, perpetual disqualification from holding public office and forfeiture of retirement benefits. If the penalty of Dismissal can no longer be enforced "on respondent-movant Degamo, the same shall be converted into a fine in the amount equivalent to his salary for one year, payable to this Office, and may be deducted from his retirement benefits, accrued leave credits or any receivable due him. The accessory penalties remain improved. SO ORDERED.
