WHEREFORE, the Court finds respondent Atty. Sergio F. Angeles GUILTY of violating Rules 1.01, 15.
WHEREFORE, the Court finds respondent Atty. Sergio F. Angeles GUILTY of violating Rules 1.01, 15.03, 16.01, 16.04, and 18.03, and Canon 17 of the Code of Professional Responsibility. Accordingly, he is hereby DISBARRED from the practice of law and his name ordered stricken off the Roll of Attorneys, effective immediately. Let a copy of this Decision be furnished to the Office of the Bar Confidant to be entered into Atty. Sergio F. Angeles' records. Copies shall likewise be furnished the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the Office of the Court Administrator for circulation to all courts concerned. SO ORDERED.
