Ruling

WHEREFORE , premises considered, respondent Atty. Jude Francis V. Zambrano is DISBARRED for violating Rules 1.01, 16.01, and 16.03 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, and his name is ORDERED STRICKEN OFF from the Roll of Attorneys. Atty. Zambrano is further DIRECTED to immediately remit to complainant Diwei "Bryan" Huang the full amount of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP250,000.00), which will earn interest of six percent (6%) per annum from finality of this Decision until its full payment. He is further DIRECTED to submit to this Court proof of payment within ten (10) days from said payment. Let a copy of this Decision be furnished the Office of the Bar Confidant to be entered into Atty. Zambrano's records as attorney. Copies shall likewise be furnished the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the Office of the Court Administrator for circulation to all courts concerned. SO ORDERED.
