TL;DR — Ruling

WHEREFORE , premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered: 1. declaring Complainant to have been illegally dismissed ; 2. ordering Respondent HCL to pay full back wages to be computed from the time of dismissal until the finality of this Decision; 3. ordering Respondent HCL to pay Complainant moral and exemplary damages equivalent to P50,000.

WHEREFORE , premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered: 1. declaring Complainant to have been illegally dismissed ; 2. ordering Respondent HCL to pay full back wages to be computed from the time of dismissal until the finality of this Decision; 3. ordering Respondent HCL to pay Complainant moral and exemplary damages equivalent to P50,000.00 each or for an aggregate amount of P100,000.00 and attorney's fees equivalent to 10% of the total award. Attached is the computation which shall form part of this Decision. Other claims are denied for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
