WHEREFORE , the petition is GRANTED . The Decision dated January 22, 2019 and the Resolution dated May 6, 2019 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 156831 are REVERSED and SET ASIDE . Respondent CGI UK. LTD., Inc. is ordered to pay petitioner Kristine Angel Cabilin Hui the following: full backwages and other benefits, both based on the last monthly salary of petitioner Kristine Angel Cabilin Hui, computed from the date her employment was illegally terminated until the finality of this Decision; separation pay based on the last monthly salary of petitioner Kristine Angel Cabilin Hui, computed from the date she commenced employment until the finality of this Decision at the rate of one month's salary for every year of service, with a fraction of a year of at least six months being counted as one whole year; moral damages and exemplary damages in the amount of P100,000.00 each; and attorney's fees equivalent to 10% of the total award. The total judgment award shall be subject to interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the finality of this Decision until its full satisfaction. This case is REMANDED to the Labor Arbiter for the computation of the amounts due to petitioner Kristine Angel Cabilin Hui, deducting therefrom the amount of separation pay she received as part of the redundancy program. SO ORDERED.
