Wherefore, premises considered, finding accused Aron Anisco guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Homicide, he is sentenced to suffer the indeterminate penalty of SIX (6) years and ONE (1) day of prision mayor, as minimum, to TWELVE (12) years and ONE (1) day of Reclusion Temporal, as maximum, and he is ordered to pay the heirs of Rolly Apinan [P]8,060.00 as actual damages, [P]50,000.00 as moral damages, [P]50,000.00 as exemplary damages and [P]75,000.

accordingly, thus: Wherefore, premises considered, finding accused Aron Anisco guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Homicide, he is sentenced to suffer the indeterminate penalty of SIX (6) years and ONE (1) day of prision mayor, as minimum, to TWELVE (12) years and ONE (1) day of Reclusion Temporal, as maximum, and he is ordered to pay the heirs of Rolly Apinan [P]8,060.00 as actual damages, [P]50,000.00 as moral damages, [P]50,000.00 as exemplary damages and [P]75,000.00 as death indemnity. Franklin Anisco is acquitted for lack of evidence against him. SO ORDERED.
