WHEREFORE, premises considered, this court finds the accused GUILTY BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT of the crime of MURDER and is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of RECLUSION PERPETUA with accessory penalties provided by law; and the accused is also ordered to pay the heirs of the deceased, the following sums: Forty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Five Pesos ([PHP] 47,795) for Actual Damages; One Hundred Thousand Pesos ([PHP] 100,000.
