Ruling

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendants ordering: The defendants to pay the plaintiffs jointly and severally the amount of P50,000.00 for the death of Celedonio Tan; The defendants to pay the plaintiffs jointly and severally the amount of P500,000.00 for the loss of earning capacity of Celedonio Tan, plus interest thereon from the date of death of Celedonio Tan; The defendants to pay the plaintiff Leticia Tan jointly and severally the amount of P355,895.00 as actual damages; The defendants to pay the plaintiffs jointly and severally the amount of P500,000.00 as moral damages; The defendants to pay the plaintiffs jointly and severally the amount of P500,000.00 as exemplary damages; and The defendants to pay the plaintiffs jointly and solidarily the amount of P500,000.00 as attorney's fees. Costs against the defendants. SO ORDERED.
