Accordingly, therefore, the Court finds and renders judgment in favor of the plaintiffs as against defendants and ordering the latter to pay the plaintiffs, jointly and solidarily, the following: P110,000.00 for actual damages, or for money spent during the funeral, wake and burial of the deceased Regie Nabua; P2,000,000.00 for compensatory damages and the amount of P60,000.00 as indemnity for the death of Reggie Nabua; P100,000.00 as moral damages and another P100,000.00 as exemplary damages; and P50,000.00 as attorney's fees; Costs of the suit. IT IS SO ORDERED.
