Ruling

WHEREFORE , premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered, declaring respondents guilty of illegal dismissal. Accordingly, respondents are ordered jointly and severally liable: 1. To pay complainants their backwages, computed from the (sic) up to the finality of this decision. The complaint of RAMIL OLIVEROS is also DISMISSED on the ground of withdrawal of complaint against herein respondents. So, too, with the complaint of RENE MONTUY A, for failure to prosecute his claims. SO ORDERED.
