TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby entered: Declaring complainants' dismissal illegal; and Ordering respondents PRI and NAMPRI-SPFL to reinstate complainants to their former or equivalent positions without loss of seniority rights and to jointly and solidarily pay their backwages in the total amount of P177,403.68, as shown in the computation, hereto attached and marked as Annex "A" hereof, plus damages in the amount of P10,000.
