TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered finding the dismissal of complainant to be illegal. Accordingly, respondents are ordered jointly and severally: To reinstate complainant to her former position without loss of seniority rights and other privileges; To pay complainant full backwages from time of dismissal which up to date amounts to P225,000.00 up to actual reinstatement; To pay complainant moral damages in the amount of P20,000.

Accordingly, respondents are ordered jointly and severally: To reinstate complainant to her former position without loss of seniority rights and other privileges; To pay complainant full backwages from time of dismissal which up to date amounts to P225,000.00 up to actual reinstatement; To pay complainant moral damages in the amount of P20,000.00; To pay complainant exemplary damages in the amount of P20,000.00; and To pay complainant attorneys fees equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total award. All other claims are denied. SO ORDERED.
