WHEREFORE, accused Rossano Samson y Tiongco is hereby found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt for the crime of Murder and is hereby sentenced to suffer reclusion perpetua without eligibility for parole . Accused Rossano Samson y Tiongco is hereby sentenced to pay the heirs of Abegail Tobias y Dela Torre the following: 1) Civil indemnity in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos ([PHP] 100,000.00); 2) Actual damages in the amount of Fifty Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Pesos ([PHP] 50,570.

Accused Rossano Samson y Tiongco is hereby sentenced to pay the heirs of Abegail Tobias y Dela Torre the following: 1) Civil indemnity in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos ([PHP] 100,000.00); 2) Actual damages in the amount of Fifty Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Pesos ([PHP] 50,570.00); 3) Moral damages in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos ([PHP] 100,000.00); and 4) Exemplary damages in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos ([PHP] 100,000.00). In addition, interest at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum shall be imposed on all monetary awards from date of finality of this Decision until fully paid. SO ORDERED.
