WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered upholding the right of the herein plaintiff MARILOU TOLENTINO to redeem the foreclosed property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 1933 in accordance however with the computation stated in the account to redeem as of April 10, 2000 issued by the defendant CITYTRUST BANKING CORPORATION (now FAMILY BANK) particularly marked as Exhibit 10 for the Defendant. SO ORDERED.
