WHEREFORE, premises considered, there being absence of proof beyond reasonable doubt as to their guilt, the accused MARIAN REBUTA Y SEDANO and JAYSON DELGADO Y GABA YAN, are ACQUITTED of all the charges against them in all these cases. The Warden of the City Jail, xxxxxxxxxxx City District, is ordered to release the said accused from his custody forthwith, unless the latter are being detained for some other lawful cause or causes. SO ORDERED.
