WHEREFORE, premises considered, the instant complaint for illegal dismissal is hereby DISMISSED for lack of merit. However, as discussed in this decision, respondents is (sic) hereby directed to pay the separation pay of the complainants equivalent to seventeen (17) days for every year of service and computed as follows: x x x x x x x x x All other claims are hereby dismissed for lack of merit.
