WHEREFORE, premises on the foregoing considerations judgments is hereby rendered. Declaring that complainants were illegally dismissed from their employment. Ordering respondents to pay complainants their separation pay in lieu of reinstatement. Ordering adjudged respondents to pay attorney's fees equivalent to ten (10%) percent of the total award.
