Ruling

WHEREFORE, premises on the foregoing considerations judgments is hereby rendered. Declaring that complainants were illegally dismissed from their employment. Ordering respondents to pay complainants their separation pay in lieu of reinstatement. Ordering adjudged respondents to pay attorney's fees equivalent to ten (10%) percent of the total award. The computation unit of this Office is hereby directed to compute the monetary award of the complainant which forms part of this decision. The monetary claims of the complainants are referred back to the DOLE Office, Bacolod City for their resolution. Other claims are DISMISSED for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
