WHEREFORE, based on the evidence adduced, the court finds the accused Akmad Sirad, Orlie Sultan and Salik Amino guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of carnapping with homicide. In the absence of either mitigating or aggravating circumstance, they are each sentenced to RECLUSION PERPETUA and to jointly and severally indemnify the heirs of the victim represented by Nenita Lozano P50,000.00 for the death of the victim George Lozano, to pay moral damages in the amount of P100,000.

WHEREFORE, based on the evidence adduced, the court finds the accused Akmad Sirad, Orlie Sultan and Salik Amino guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of carnapping with homicide. In the absence of either mitigating or aggravating circumstance, they are each sentenced to RECLUSION PERPETUA and to jointly and severally indemnify the heirs of the victim represented by Nenita Lozano P50,000.00 for the death of the victim George Lozano, to pay moral damages in the amount of P100,000.00 compensatory damages of P100,000.00, plus costs.
