TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE, the Decision of the court a quo finding accused-appellants ULDARICO PANADO, RONIE PANADO AND RONEL PANADO guilty of Murder and sentencing each of them to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua is AFFIRMED , with the MODIFICATION that they are likewise ordered jointly and severally to indemnify the heirs of the deceased Danilo del Rosario P50,000.00 as civil indemnity, P50,000.00 as moral damages and P514,800.00 for the loss of his earning capacity.
