WHEREFORE, premises considered, Complainant's appeal is GRANTED. The Executive Labor Arbiter's July 29, 1998 decision on the above-entitled case is REVERSED and SET ASIDE. This Office finds Respondents to have illegally dismissed Complainant from his employment. Respondents Michael Ong-Siy and Concorde Hotel, Inc.
