WHEREFORE, accused PHILLIP SALVADOR is found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Estafa under Article 315, par. 2 (a) of the Revised Penal Code and is hereby sentenced to suffer the indeterminate sentence of four (4) years, two (2) months and one (1) day of prisyon (sic) correctional (sic) maximum as minimum to twenty (20) years of reclusion temporal maximum as maximum and to indemnify the private complainant in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS (US$100,000.
