IMPERIAL, GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt for the crime of Qualified Theft as charged, and hereby sentences him to suffer the indeterminate penalty of imprisonment of four (4) years, two (2) months and one (1) day of prision correccional as minimum, to nine (9) years, four (4) months and one (1) day of prision mayor as maximum, and to indemnify the complainant company of Five Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php 5,700.00) as actual damages.
