WHEREFORE , the Court finds ROLANDO A. DIZON , Sheriff IV Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija, GUILTY of gross neglect of duty in the performance of his duties and hereby DISMISSES him from service.
