Ruling

WHEREFORE, this Court finds the accused ALFREDO ALIPAR y ALINSOD GUILTY BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT AS PRINCIPAL OF CONSUMATED RAPE defined and punished under Article 335 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 7659, otherwise known as the Death Penalty Law and hereby sentences him to suffer the SUPREME PENALTY OF DEATH and to pay the private offended party TWINKLE ALIPAR the following sums: P50,000.00 - as civil indemnity; 50,000.00 - as moral damages and 50,000.00 - as exemplary damages. The accused is further ordered to pay the cost of the instant suit. SO ORDERED.
