WHEREFORE, this court finds the accused [XXX258054], GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt in the aforesaid criminal information for Rape under Art. 266-A Paragraph 1(a) or the Revised Penal Code and hereby imposes the penalty of RECLUSION PERPETUA with the accessory penalty provided by law. In line with recent jurisprudence, accused is directed to indemnify [AAA258054] the amount of SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ([PHP] 75,000.00) as moral damages and SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ([PHP] 75,000.
