WHEREFORE , premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered finding respondents SINGA SHIP MANAGEMENT PHILS., INC., AND/OR CUNARD, AND/OR MS. NORMA L. DAVID jointly and severally liable to pay complainant WERO JOCOSOL GRONA partial disability benefits in the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USS 20,900.00), or its peso equivalent at the time of payment; medical expenses in the total amount of TEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTEEN PESOS (PHP 10,617.00) ; plus ten (10%) percent thereof as and by way of attorney's fees. All other claims are dismissed for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
