WHEREFORE , foregoing premises considered, respondents Southeast Asia Shipping Corp. and Maritime Management Services, Inc. are hereby directed to pay complainant Reynaldo P. Cabatan, jointly and severally, his permanent and total disability compensation equivalent to $60,000.
WHEREFORE , foregoing premises considered, respondents Southeast Asia Shipping Corp. and Maritime Management Services, Inc. are hereby directed to pay complainant Reynaldo P. Cabatan, jointly and severally, his permanent and total disability compensation equivalent to $60,000.00 plus attorney's fees equivalent to 10% of the total judgment award. All other claims are hereby ordered dismissed for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
