WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered, finding the accused guilty beyond reasonable doubt, and considering the absence of mitigating [or] aggravating circumstances and applying the Indeterminate Sentence Law, the accused is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of imprisonment of three (3) years, six (6) months and twenty-one (21) days of prision correccional as minimum, to eight (8) years, eight (8) months and one (1) day of prision mayor as maximum.

The accused is likewise ordered to indemnify Henry Lim the total amount of P22,500.00. No imprisonment in case of insolvency. SO ORDERED.
