WHEREFORE, Judge Amer Bara-acal, of the Shari'a Circuit Court, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi is hereby DISMISSED from the service with prejudice to reinstatement in the government service in any capacity, and with the concomitant forfeiture of all earned or accrued retirement and other benefits. SO ORDERED.
