WHEREFORE, respondent Judge Bienvenido M. Rebosura is hereby DISMISSED from the service, with forfeiture of all retirement benefits including accrued leave credits, and with prejudice to reemployment in any branch of the Government including government owned or controlled corporations. Respondent judge shall forthwith CEASE and DESIST from performing any official act or function appurtenant to his office upon service on him of this decision. SO ORDERED.
