WHEREFORE, respondent Rodolfo V. Payumo, Sheriff IV, RTC, Branch 93, Quezon City is found guilty of violating the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees for which he is punished with a FINE in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P5,000) , and WARNED that the commission of a similar act in the future shall be dealt with more severely. Costs against respondent. SO ORDERED.
