WHEREFORE, premises considered, the court finds JEOFFY GEROBIESE y ALEMANIA alias "Jeff" GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of Unlawful Possession of Ammunition defined and penalized under Sec. 1, paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree No. 1866, as amended by Republic Act No. 8294 and hereby sentences him to Four (4) years, Two (2) months and One (1) day to Six (6) years of prision correccional and a Fine of Fifteen thousand pesos (P15,000.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the court finds JEOFFY GEROBIESE y ALEMANIA alias "Jeff" GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of Unlawful Possession of Ammunition defined and penalized under Sec. 1, paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree No. 1866, as amended by Republic Act No. 8294 and hereby sentences him to Four (4) years, Two (2) months and One (1) day to Six (6) years of prision correccional and a Fine of Fifteen thousand pesos (P15,000.00). The twelve live ammunition seized from his possession are hereby ordered confiscated and forfeited in favor of the government. SO ORDERED.
