WHEREFORE, respondent Judge Fabian M. Bautista, Municipal Trial Court, Balaoan, La Union, is hereby found GUILTY of grave misconduct. He is ordered DISMISSED from the service, with forfeiture of all benefits and with prejudice to reemployment in any branch or instrumentality of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations and their subsidiaries. SO ORDERED.
