WHEREFORE , premises considered, Judge Exequil L. Dagala is hereby found GUILTY of IMMORALITY and GROSS MISCONDUCT . Accordingly, he is DISMISSED from the service with FORFEITURE of his retirement and other benefits except accrued leave credits, and PERPETUALLY DISQUALIFIED from re-employment in any government agency or instrumentality, including any government-owned and controlled corporation or government financial institution. SO ORDERED.
