WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Register of Deeds of Quezon City is hereby directed to cancel Transfer Certificate of Title No. 23810 in the name of Eulogio Dimaranan and in lieu thereof, to issue another transfer certificate of title in the name of the Republic of the Philippines. SO ORDERED.
