Ruling

WHEREFORE, the petition dated August 4, 2012 is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, the Register of Deeds for Quezon City is hereby ordered to cancel Transfer Certificate of Title No. RT-57394 (PR-11986) and that in lieu thereof, issue a new certificate of title to Gloria A. Chico. Let a corresponding Writ of Possession be issued in favor of petitioner directing the Deputy Sheriff of this Branch of Court to place said petitioner in actual, physical possession of the property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. RT-57394 (PR-11986) of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City and consequently, to eject from the said premises Rosalita G. Bengzon and any and all persons claiming rights under them and occupying said premises. SO ORDERED.
