Ruling

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused Danilo Dacucos, Crisanto Baula, Ruben Baula and Robert Baula, guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Murder defined and penalized under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code as amended. "Pursuant thereto and in relation to Article 63, paragraph 2, No. 2 of the same code, all the aforenamed accused are hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua and to pay, jointly and severally, the heirs of Patrocinia Caburao the following: "a. P50,000.00 for the death of Patrocinia Caburao; "b. P15,000.00 for funeral expenses; "c. moral damages of P75,000.00; "d. to pay proportionally the costs. "SO ORDERED.
