WHEREFORE , in view of all the foregoing, Sherwin Baloloy, Process Server of the Regional Trial Court of Caloocan City, Branch 130 is hereby SUSPENDED for Six (6) Months without pay and STERNLY WARNED that a repetition of the same or similar offense will be dealt with more severely. SO ORDERED.
