WHEREFORE , respondent Sheriff Joel Ferraren is hereby found GUILTY of dereliction of duty, serious misconduct, and conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service and is SUSPENDED for three (3) months and one day without pay, with a STERN WARNING that the commission of the same or similar act shall be dealt with more severely. Let a copy of this resolution be attached to the personnel records of Joel Ferraren. SO ORDERED.
