WHEREFORE , judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused, CHRISTOPHER ILAGAN y BAÑA GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of violation of Section 5, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165 (selling of dangerous drugs) and sentencing him to suffer the penalty of LIFE IMPRISONMENT and to pay a fine of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP500,000.00) . x x x x SO ORDERED.
