WHEREFORE , Nicomedes C. dela Cruz, Process Server of the MTCC in San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan, is found GUILTY of Gross Insubordination and Simple Misconduct . He is meted the penalty of SUSPENSION of one (1) year without pay , with the stern warning that a repetition of similar or analogous infractions in the future shall be dealt with more severely. SO ORDERED.
