WHEREFORE, this Court finds respondent MELLARDO C. GAMOLO, Process Server, MCTC, Opol-El Salvador, Misamis Oriental GUILTY of simple neglect of duty. He is hereby SUSPENDED without pay for a period of one (1) month and one (1) day, with a stern warning that a repetition of the same or similar acts in the future shall be dealt with more severely. SO ORDERED.
