Accordingly, he is FINED P 20,000 with a warning that a repetition of the same or similar infraction in the future shall be dealt with more severely. On the other hand, respondent Clerk of Court John O. Negroprado is hereby sternly WARNED to be more circumspect in the discharge of his functions. SO ORDERED.
