WHEREFORE , respondent Judge Manuel Q. Limsiaco, Jr. is hereby found GUILTY of undue delay in rendering a decision. Accordingly, he is FINED P 20,000 with a warning that a repetition of the same or similar infraction in the future shall be dealt with more severely.
