Atty. Custodio B. Compendio, Jr. , Clerk of Court VI of the same branch is GUILTY of simple neglect of duty for which he is FINED P5,000.00 to be taken from whatever sums may be due him as retirement, leaves or other benefits. Clerks-in-Charge Noel B. Abiva and Jeanette T. Sayas are GUILTY of simple neglect of duty and FINED P5,000.00 each with WARNING that the commission of the same or similar acts in the future shall be dealt with more severely. Let a copy of this Resolution be attached to all of their service records. SO ORDERED.
