WHEREFORE, the accused MARLON SORIANO y Narag is found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of MURDER as defined in Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 7659 and is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua without possibility of parole. Said accused is ORDERED to pay the heirs of Perfecto Narag the amounts of P75,000.00 as civil indemnity; P75,000.
