The Office of the Registry of Deeds for the Province of Cavite is hereby ordered to reconstitute the original copies of Transfer Certificate[s] of [Title] No[s]. T-4773 and T-2822 registered in the name of Fel M. Manansala using as basis the owners' duplicate copies thereof subject to encumbrances as may be subsisting therein, upon payment of the corresponding legal fees. The lost original cop[ies] of the Transfer Certificate[s] of [Title] No[s]. T-4773 and T-2822 are hereby declared null and void and of no force and effect. SO ORDERED.
