TL;DR — Ruling

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Office of the Registry of Deeds for the Province of Cavite is hereby ordered to reconstitute the original copy of Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-3269, registered in the name of Basilio Aquino married to Ambrocia Tantay, using as basis the owner's duplicate copy of the title, upon payment of the corresponding legal fees. SO ORDERED.
