Ruling

Accordingly, Jovero prayed that Spouses Espinosa be ordered to pay compensatory damages, moral damages, exemplary damages, attorney's fees, and costs of suit. The dispositive portion reads: WHEREFORE, in view of all the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiff Necefero Jovero, ordering defendants to pay Jovero: The sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) as compensatory damages; The sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00) as moral damages; The sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) as exemplary damages; The sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) for and as attorney's fees; and The costs of suit.
